Kingsway Christian Education Association Inc. (KCEA), as the governing body of Kingsway Christian College, is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
The College collects personal and sensitive information from parents, students, staff, job applicants, and Association members to assess applications, deliver educational and administrative services, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Personal information may be collected through forms, online systems, and correspondence, and may be disclosed to government agencies, insurers, and technology service providers engaged under contract with the College. Information is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
The College takes reasonable steps to protect all personal information and manages eligible data breaches under its Data Breach Policy in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme.
