All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
If you require a tax deductible receipt, please attach a reference (e.g. surname) to your transfer and contact the Finance Department with the date and amount of your donation and we will forward a tax deductible receipt to you.
Donation Refund Policy
Kingsway Christian College is committed to recognising and respecting the financial contributions our community makes to support us. We recognise the importance of donations and want to ensure we implement appropriate principles of transparency and fairness, regarding the management of refunds.
We ask that you carefully consider the amount you wish to donate. Kingsway Christian College will consider all requests for a refund to ensure that genuine errors are rectified as soon as possible, however we are not obliged to provide refunds, particularly after a tax deductible receipt has been issued, and the decision to do so will be at the College’s discretion.
Requests for a refund need to be made, in writing, within 30 days of the date the donation was made. The written refund request should include the details of the initial transaction including date, donation amount, donor’s name, tax receipt number, and the reason for the request.
Requests for a refund can be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
If a donation is refunded, the original tax receipt is no longer valid.
