Communication needs

Key takeaways from parent feedback:

Some parents feel there are too many different communication platforms in use.

Some parents feel the College are overcommunicating and should be more mindful of length, volume and relevancy of information being shared.

Some parents cited an inconsistent approach to sharing information via SEQTA and Story Park. In addition, some parents have difficulty navigating SEQTA and finding the relevant information.

Thank you to those who took the time to participate in the survey. We have taken your feedback into consideration and are reviewing and implementing our communications and engagement framework with the view to improving our current communication practices.
