Kingsway Signage Award

The College is delighted to announce that its new signage won first place at the prestigious Signs of the Times international competition in the Commercial Monument Signs (2012) section.

In conjunction with its architect, the College developed designs for the site corners as well as a Main Entry statement incorporating Garrison tubular fencing featuring reconstituted limestone walls, piers and low garden beds. The signage produced by Danthonia Designs provides strong branding for the College using the red, white and blue PMS colours of the College logo which also integrates perfectly with its school uniform. With the opening of Hartman Road to run past the side of the College it was felt that upgraded signage was required to give the College higher visibility on its western end whilst improving the security and aesthetics of the main entrance on Kingsway Road.

Other exciting developments at the College in 2012 included a chip and putt facility for the Golf Academy and the building of a new Science centre which was completed for use in 2013.
